Shipping Policy

• Standard, Next-Day Air, and 2nd-Day Air orders of in-stock items placed by 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day.
• In-stock items shipping via Next-Day Air or 2nd-Day Air are typically delivered in 1 or 2 business days, respectively, excluding Saturday and Sunday. With expedited shipping, days are calculated as business days only.
• We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, and some holidays. We may also experience same-day shipping delays due to major weather events.
• Our same-day shipping policy does not apply to wholesale orders as they can take 24–48 hours to process.

• For items marked “Ships from supplier,” please call for expected delivery times of expedited orders. Upon shipping, standard transit times vary from 3–10 business days in most cases.

DIEN LANH THIEN KIM requires a minimum order of $500 USD in merchandise per order shipped to International addresses.

All orders are displayed, calculated, and should be paid in US funds. It is your responsibility to convert funds into US dollars.
